Liquid Analyzer (LA20)

The OCS Liquid Analyzer (LA20) is used for optoelectronic inspection of cellulose ethers dissolved in water (e.g. methyl cellulose). This enables the detection of insoluble components. The high-resolution color area scan camera as well as the high-performance LED lighting are protected by the metal housing against dirt and dust. Special attention was given to the easy cleaning of the flow cell and the optical filters. The special design of the LA20 analyzing computer allows a diverse and customer-specific system configuration or expansion. The real-time analysis software allows the operator to configurate the image processing freely. This includes, for example, the detection of contaminants via color classes or the classification of detected contaminants into freely definable color, size and shape classes.
